We don't just talk about change. We give you the tools. Two models break down the process, so you know exactly what it takes to make it happen.

During the workshop, participants are provided with four tools designed to facilitate and sustain personal and professional change. One of these tools involves the practice of mindfulness, which we refer to as 'mental rehearsal.

Our 10+ hour training program is customizable and can be delivered in two days or over a series of days. It includes a 122-page full color workbook, hi-def videos explaining key concepts, interactive activities, time for personal and group reflection, and other optional materials.
